Rachel Getting Merried (Jonathan Demmi)
Ein versucht europäisch angelegtes Familien-Drama im Dogma-Stil vom US-Regisseur Jonathan Demmi (z.B. auch Silence of the Lambs), in dem es um Drogensucht, einen tragischen Unfall in der Familie, bei dem der kleine Bruder ertrank, und die Hochzeit einer Schwester ging. Es war hart, ein Interesse für die Handlung und die Charaktere zu entwickeln. Aber nach 3/4 des Films rangen wir uns dann durch, ihn doch zu Ende zu schauen. Keine Meisterleistung.
